It is hereby certified that Mr. Reza Soheilian, from 58/12/12 to 59/05/01 in division ------ of city of Khamam has been performing his duties as the supervisor of the technical division and the Jihad [Crusade] is completely satisfied with his performance. 

Likewise, the Jihad-e-Sazandegi [Crusade for Reconstruction] believes that Bahá’ísm is an ideology fabricated by British colonialism and others and is against Islam in Iran and other countries.

In view of the conduct of Bahá’ísm, during the one and a half years after the [Islamic] Revolution, a dubious and conspiratorial activity of the Bahá’ís has also led to the execution of the chairman of Bahá’í Assembly in Yazd and Tabriz.

[. . .], the principles of this ideology was discussed [with the named individual] for several hours, and the Jihad [for Reconstruction] explained its views to him. However, he is still under the intense appeal of this ideology.

Therefore, the Jihad of the city of Rasht and Khamam deems further cooperation with this individual to be against the interests of the Revolution and terminates his employment as of 59/5/1 [23-Jul-1980].
